1. Return Request Window

Customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Mandatory Proof for Return
To prevent misuse, customers must share:

Clear unboxing video (mandatory) starting from sealed package

Photos showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong product)
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, returns will not be processed.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return
We only accept returns in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product received is incorrect

Product has a major manufacturing defect
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:

Customer simply does not like the product

Minor variations in color, texture, or weave (common in handloom products)

Product has been used, worn, washed, or altered

Saree is returned without original packaging, tags, or folds

Return request is raised after 48 hours
5. Quality Check & Approval

All returns go through a strict quality inspection

If the product fails QC (used/damaged by customer), return will be rejected

In such cases, product will be shipped back to the customer
6. Exchange / Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds

Approved returns will be issued as:

Store credit (valid for 30 days), OR

Exchange for another product

7. Reverse Pickup & Charges

Reverse pickup will be arranged by us (where serviceable)

A nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted

If pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the product
8. Processing Timeline

Return approval: 2–3 working days

Store credit issued: within 5–7 working days after QC
