Return & Exchange Policy

At Serenitee, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted sarees. Since our products are delicate and often handcrafted, we follow a strict yet fair return policy.

1. Return Request Window

  • Customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Email must be sent to: sukhmaniappareaccessories@gmail.com

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Mandatory Proof for Return

To prevent misuse, customers must share:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory) starting from sealed package

  • Photos showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong product)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, returns will not be processed.


3. Eligible Reasons for Return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Product has a major manufacturing defect


4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Customer simply does not like the product

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or weave (common in handloom products)

  • Product has been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Saree is returned without original packaging, tags, or folds

  • Return request is raised after 48 hours


5. Quality Check & Approval

  • All returns go through a strict quality inspection

  • If the product fails QC (used/damaged by customer), return will be rejected

  • In such cases, product will be shipped back to the customer


6. Exchange / Store Credit Policy

  • We do not offer refunds

  • Approved returns will be issued as:

    • Store credit (valid for 30 days), OR

    • Exchange for another product


7. Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us (where serviceable)

  • A nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted

  • If pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the product


8. Processing Timeline

  • Return approval: 2–3 working days

  • Store credit issued: within 5–7 working days after QC


9. Important Notes

  • Handloom sarees are artisan-made, slight irregularities are part of their charm, not defects

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if policy conditions are not met

  • Excessive return requests from the same customer may lead to account restrictions
