Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

1. Credit note will be issued for the returned products.
2. Exchange will be allowed with same or lower value products.

3. Return and exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of receiving the order.
4. Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
5. Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Self-shipping

In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes desired quality check.
2. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
3. Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
4. Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by Serenitee team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
